GET A RARE GLIMPSE INTO POWERFUL NEW POSSIBILITIES

Our 20x event is a one day (12 hour) intensive delivered by SEALFIT certified coaches at our Forward Operating Base in Vail Lake, CA, CrossFit gyms and other training sites around the country.

The purpose of 20x is straightforward and clear: to break down your inner limitations and immediately expand the definition of your capabilities as an athlete and human being.

20x training gives you undeniable proof that whatever you think about yourself now—you can do, be and achieve as much as 20 TIMES more. In just one day, you will experience a permanent shift in your awareness and confidence. This training is powerful mental toughness preparation for deeper, more rigorous training and academies we offer, such as the famous Kokoro Camp, which you may decide is your next 20x goal after the challenge.

During this intense, experiential training, you will test yourself against the SEALFIT standard and learn powerful techniques that will allow you to fearlessly dominate many of life’s challenges. You will gain mental toughness and a warrior’s non-quitting spirit as you learn to embrace the suck, become a world class teammate, and discover your true potential!

GEAR LIST
● 2 Pair Black BDU Pants
● 2 pairs of compression shorts
● 1 pair of “broken in” boots
● 3 white SEALFIT T-shirts or regular white T-Shirts with crew neck stenciled with last name on front and back.
● 1 BDU Utility Belt (Black)
● 2 pairs of workout or WOD shorts
● Water Bottle
● Socks (layer for long hikes)
● Running shoes
● 1 warm sweatshirt or outer jacket

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
The following medical conditions require doctor approval:

Diabetes Type 1 insulin dependent
Any type of heart/valvular shunts or stent
History of seizures
Hyperthyroid
Pregnancy
Currently on prescription pain medications

SEALFIT 20x PHYSICAL PREP
You should train rigorously for the SEALFIT 20x following the training protocol in SEALFIT Online

Students should be able to complete the following:
● 40 push ups (40 for women) in 2 minutes, 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 50 air squats in 2 minutes, with 2 minutes of rest between each movement.
● 8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
● 1 mile run in boots and utility pants on road in 9:30
● Body Armor (aka Murph) Slick (No Weight) 75 minutes

Endurance standards to guide your preparation:
● 10 mile run in less than 1 hour and 20 minutes
● 20 mile road march with 30 lb load in less than 6 hours

Minimum age is 17 years old with parental permission; there is no maximum age limit.
