im scheduled to run a 5K Mud run this December and a 10K on February 2016. My goal is to first get ready for the 5K and progress on to the 10K. Can seal fit provide me with an online 12 +week training regimen and who do i contact? or can i get some tips/advice as to what is the best place i can go to obtain a 12 week + training schedule.
