Warm Up:  Bar Bell Complex 75 - 105# w/ Burpee chaser

Strength:   Work to 1RM Push-Press

Stamina:  5 rounds:  3 x PP @ 90% 1RM, 10 x DH pull-up, Jingle Jangle

Work Capacity:

Diane:  For time:  21-15-9 or Deadlift (225#), HSPU

Durability / Awareness:  3 mile run at moderate pace.  Active stretch.

Notes: Equipment required: Oly bar, pull-up bar.  Full body exposure today folks.  Good start to another great SEAL FIT week.  If your form is not perfect on DL then scale to205 or 185.  Comments welcome on the BLOG, post times in the forums.

4. That isn't the jingle jangle. Go onto youtube and type it in, it should yield the correct result. I think it has something to do with a barbell.

8. Max, a jingle jangle is 6, 25 yard suicide sprints. This means sprint as fast as you can for 25 yards six times in a row with no rest in between. Sorry I couldn't find a video link for you. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Sealfit uses specific workouts and exercise variations, which are unique to sealfit. That being said, I just searched Google AND YouTube for "jingle jangle", "sealfit + jingle jangle", etc. Everything I found was a different variation of someone else's jingle jangle. So.....it would seem that asking what sealfit jingle jangle means is a reasonable question. Unless you're an administrator, and I'm guessing you're not by the disrespect you show this site and its users with the language you just used, just ignore the things that piss you off. Grown men deal with things, they don't bitch AB them on forums.

What is jingle jangle has been asked just about every time it has been rx'd. If you use the search function in the upper right hand corner of this page, you can easily find out what jingle jangle is.

I'm sorry if me using the F word and calling someone annoying hurt everyone's feelings. I'm not being disrespectful, I'm keeping it real.

Each exercise in the barbell complex is indeed 6 reps + 6 burpees at the end of each round.
