Based on hand-to-hand combat / close quarters unarmed combat & offensive tactics taught to Navy SEALs, this is a hard-hitting, no-nonsense fighting system designed to "END THE THREAT" … immediately! It is scaled for civilian applications with over 12 hours of actual fight training. The goal of this training is to make you "Street Lethal" and able to defend against any threat.
2-day, non-live-in camp; 8-hour day minimum
