This 6-week program is designed to help folks clean up their diets.
This gentle yet effective elimination program is aimed at helping participants assess any physical reaction to the eliminated foods, increase energy, sleep better, increase physical performance, provide mental clarity, weight loss, reset new nutritional standards, discover new healthy foods and build better habits and so much more.
Each week participants will eliminate certain foods that commonly cause ill side effects, allergic reactions, and even disease. Some of these foods may simply be taking over your life and a system reset is necessary. Often times participants comment on the lack of awareness of a certain food they had been habitually eating. The food groups that are tested with this challenge are are dairy, grains, sugar, and meat.
This program supports food substitutions as it progresses and has a team environment to support the effort.
This program helps participants develop mental fortitude and resiliency around foods that are not serving their individual health.
I am happy to say we have helped thousands of people all over the world build awareness and healthier habits.
There are no right or wrong answers here, just an opportunity to learn more about yourself in a supported, safe, and educational environment. We encourage a “YES” meal once a week so that participants can live a normal life of holidays and celebration yet spend the other meals learning how to eat better.

- You may decide to purchase different types of foods recommended as we go along but in general you will be eliminating foods and making small weekly adjustments
- Facebook access. You can certainly attend without FB access but this is a team driven challenge and it is most effective within the Private Facebook group
If you are reluctant to join Facebook, many in the past have joined for just a short time to gain access. If you choose not to go the Facebook route, we will partner you up with a non – Facebook team.

You will eliminate Cheese for 6 weeks, All Dairy for 5 weeks, Grains for 4 weeks, Processed Sugar for 3 Weeks, Alcohol and Juice for 2 Weeks, and Meat for 1 week. You will get a “YES” meal weekly to eat these foods if you choose.
There is no required calorie counting necessary during this challenge. We suggest using the myfitnesspal.com app to chart your food when you can. This app will count calories for you if you would like that knowledge.
This is not mandatory but we encourage you to submit these if you are comfortable with us using your image and likeness.
Yes!! We will ask for you to submit any questions you have for our quest speakers a few days before the interview. This way they’ll be about to answer your questions to the best of their ability.
We don’t recommend this program for children under 18 due to different dietary requirements during childhood. Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet if you are on any medications or under a doctors care for disease or illness

We forgive you:) This program is a work in progress. It can take several attempts to make it through this challenge at 100%. You may find that you break one week but hold steady another. This is all about awareness and growth. One day at a time. We are human so have fun and learn a thing or two about yourself along the way.
You may have no results at all. More often than not, participants experience weight loss, less gas and bloating, more energy, better concentration and cognitive function, a higher level of physical performance, stamina, better sleep, some folks experience less allergies in general, healthy bowel movements, more peace, a sense of knowledge and accomplishment, and happiness! Mostly participants walk away with the knowledge of which foods work and which don’t.
