Twelve grueling hours of training delivered by the SEALFIT coaching staff will leave you with a new sense of your capabilities. The event is being held at an undisclosed location in Spokane. You should train rigorously for the SEALFIT 20x following the training protocol in SEALFIT Online
● 40 push ups (40 for women) in 2 minutes, 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 50 air squats in 2 minutes, with 2 minutes of rest between each movement.
● 8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
● 1 mile run in boots and utility pants on road in 9:30
Endurance standards to guide your preparation:
● 10 mile run in less than 1 hour and 20 minutes
● 20 mile road march with 30 lb load in less than 6 hours
