*Split reps evenly between partners except for run – Bother partners run.

100x Tire Flip
2 mile run
100x Sandbag Get up
2 mile run
100x Burpee
Durability: Kokoro Yoga or Active stretch, hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes. Journal post training session SOP

Subbed tire flip for 70# SB clean and toss. Had to remove WV on last 2 runs due to low back issues. Did solo and split reps in half. Went hard on the last run. I need to devote more time to post WOD yoga. My 6 yr old kept me company during the SBGU and burpees.
