SEALFIT TV: KOKORO 39

This past weekend we welcomed 31 willing individuals to KOKORO 39 camp. All came with preparation but many soon realized that their particular brand of preparation was not enough to stand the test of this crucible.

Did they scamper off with heads hung low tormenting themselves with what ifs? Not a chance!

Many times in our failures lie the greatest opportunities for growth. Those who had to leave the camp all did so with grace and honor promising to return and finish what they started.

Hooyah to the 17 teammates that achieved graduating KOKORO 39! You deserve to relish in your accomplishment. Hooyah to the 14 that did not! Learn and grow strong as we shall meet again.

    Man, I wish I could achieve something like a Kokoro Camp. It would change my life.
