Strength/Stamina: Adam Brown – 2 rounds for time:
Work Capacity: Max KB swing in 5 minutes.
Durability: 3 mile recovery run. Warrior Yoga drills. Hydrate and fuel within 30 minutes. Journal post training session SOP.
