    Today is Sunday 7/24/2016 are there any WOD’s to perform?

      We don’t program any WODs for Sunday’s however if you want to train on Sunday, one thing you could do is check out the SOFWODs for the past week and try one of those. When you’re logged in just click on the SOFWOD tab. Once you are there you can click “See past WODs” and check out all of the past SOFWODs.
